Colin has a BSc in Psychology from Dalhousie University, where his studies focused on the interactions between brain and bahavior, and the use of neuroimaging methods in cognition. During his time at Dalhousie he worked with members of the lab of Dr. John Connolly, gaining extensive research experience and knowledge of both EEG and fMRI, and conducted an independent research project.

Upon completing his bachelor's degree, Colin moved to Montreal to work with Dr. Gotman's group at the MNI. Colin's primary responsibilities include collecting and analyzing combinedEEG-fMRIdata (includingelectrode application), data management, computer support, and investigations into various aspects of the use of EEG-fMRI in epilepsy. His current research focuses on elements of the BOLD signal, including the reliability of BOLD response and activations within patients, and aspects of the BOLD response andprojected HRFs.

Colin is now pursuing a masters degree in psychology at Wilfred Laurier University
